Financial compensation
Semen donation is considered an altruistic act to help infertile couples. Nevertheless a financial compensation is provided for the donor's effort and travelling expenses.
This financial compensation is 50 euros per valid sample. 40% is paid when the sample is delivered (20 euros) and the rest (30 euros) after completion of all the required tests. Until those tests are proven to be satisfactory, the samples will remain frozen and unused.
