You can register by filling in the form show below.
Once registered, you will be able to access your control panel and to request samples from there. Each time you make a request, Biosperm will immediately receive an e-mail confirming your order.
Your control panel also shows a tab for sample management, where a summary of all your requests is shown, as well as the status of these requests (sent or not yet sent).
You will be obliged to inform Biosperm of the treatment cycle results and pregnancy evolution, for example, if it results in miscarriage, multiple pregnancy, etc. It is a requirement by Spanish Law that this information be given to the Sperm Bank..
When the requested samples are sent to you, you will receive an email informing you that the samples have been dispatched. It will also specify the name of the courier and the tracking number.
Samples are sent within a period of 2 to 3 days. However, we also offer an overnight service for urgent samples.
